I had forgotten about the ♥♥ "Love"♥♥ Garland I made a few years ago.
But (as usual) when I went searching for it, it was no where to be found.
So I replenished my Valentines decor by making another.
Just simply cupcake liners and yarn and any 'ol thing you want to add.
